3 possibly useful ways here. If you feel like, pls pick one:
1) Appreciative ear
Listen to the recording within 48 hours after the coaching happened. Listen to the coach: what does he/she do, he/she should continue doing in coachings because it’s somehow useful in the conversation. What else do you like about the contributions of the coach?
Pick an utterance* of the coach you are happy with. What presuppositions are audible in it? Which ones do you want to keep in your work because they are well aligned with what you want as a coach?
Transcribe some of your favorite coach utterances. Mention 2-3 good reasons each, how they were useful at that point of the conversation? Mention 2-3 valid alternatives, how coach could have react to the offering of the client differently.
*utterance: in the turntaking of a conversation utterance is one turn. It can be a question, a remark, a “hm”…
