Dear community and dear trainers
As I try to create a more "individual" approach to my coaching conversations, playing with the questions a little bit, I noticed that lately I am finding myself stuck with the final part of the conversations.
While I take some time in highlighting the resources I found in the coachee, I often have the feeling they are expecting some sort of more concrete wrapping up (maybe including the next steps), some conversations can go on longer and I find it challenging to wrap up effectively sometimes. Also I am not entirely sure if I (and how) should do this, or I should rather direct the coachee in doing it him/herself.
Has anyone been in this kind of situation already?
For the Trainers in particular: do you have some powerful questions I could use at the end of the conversation not to leave the coachee with that strange "and now?" feeling? Do you maybe have some demo coaching videos with example of a smooth wrap up? I would really love to see how different coaches approach the final part of the conversation (in general!)
Thanks you a lot, this is being great so far and I'm eager to take my conversations to a more efficient level :)
