There are colleauges who say, to work with a scale is a miniature of an SF coaching conversation (Iveson ea).
We recognize that especially the 'What's already there' part of a conversation (s. below part A ) with a scale is really safe to use also in an everyday situation - also without a clear assignement in coaching.
For instance if it's about the daughters' homework, or about a project where my colleauge is upset about...
So as an invitation to play around with it, cos it's safe, I invite you to use the A and B part of the scale during the week to make some experience with it. As a comment to this post, I'd love to read what your experiences were.
Caution! I'm ONLY talking here about A and B! Even if we ask for NOTICING of +1 (C), some people hear something we never would do (what du you need to do in order to get +1) and might react somewhat... nervous. So pls. use C type of questions only if it's an agreed up on coaching, ok?
A) Waht's already there? What esle can you build up on?
B) Where are you on the scale now?
C) How will you know when you are a bit closer to what you want?
