Hi Daniel (and any other with an opinion on the below),
thank you for another great session today. I'm very much enjoying peeling the onion and going through the many layers of Solution-focused Brief Coaching.
A couple questions that didn't make the cut on today's "Questions you never dared to ask...":
How best to recruit coachees? I'm struggling to formulate the sentence for recruiting coachees. Any thoughts you might have on how to pitch our offering would be highly appreciated. Could be in the lines of "Would you like some sparring on that nut you've been trying to crack for months?" or "Not sure how to approach [any issue], let me support you".
When you mention the word "Coaching" to some people (See: Steen, 2 months ago) they roll their eyes and obviously think "Oh God, everyone is calling themselves Coaches these days..." How best to introduce our 'services' and the huge potential that lies in a 90 min conversation?
Thanks again for a wonderful session today - in the meantime I hope you enjoy your weekend,
